At Sauble Beach Fun World Amusement Park, you will work as part of a team of people who love to help others have fun. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR . . .
The most important part of any job at Sauble Beach Fun World is serving our customers, or “guests.” Therefore, we look for friendly people who like to smile and make a good impression on our guests. Of course, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, neatness, courtesy, communication skills, and availability are equally important.
Please keep in mind that a well-groomed appearance is essential for our park. All of our employees wear a uniformed shirt.
Sauble Beach does have a dress code. Pants cannot be worn in a sagging fashion. No sweat pants, baggy pants, or wind pants. Shorts are allowed if hemmed and no shorter than 3” above the knee. No spandex, boxer shorts, wind shorts, or sport shorts.
Every applicant is evaluated when he or she applies and (if called back) during the interview according to these qualities and expectations. We will keep all applications on file for the remainder of the season for which you applied.
SCHEDULING
Being part of the team at Sauble Beach Fun World requires a willingness to work when scheduled. You are expected to work weekends and holidays. Given the hours we are open, we can not guarantee specific time off. Keep in mind that availability dates are very important and have a strong bearing on your consideration for employment.
Hours may vary due to weather and attendance. Therefore, in most cases, we will not be able to guarantee a specific number of hours per week. Every day our guests are counting on us to “show them the time of their life,” making it essential that you have a reliable source of transportation to work and will be dependable and on time.
